Orders typically take between 5-7 business days to process. After processing, shipping times vary based on your location. For domestic orders, expect delivery within 7-10 business days. International orders may take 10-20 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer support to initiate a return or exchange. Note that custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. You can also update your shipping address directly through your account on our website if the order is still in the “processing” stage.
